Dear Steve:

Here is a check for $500, the closing balance of the Treasury of the USS EURYALE REUNION ASSOClATION. At our October Reunion in San Antonio, the members voted to donate these funds to the Submarine Force Museum. Many of our shipmates are from the New England area, so it is possible that you may see one or more of us as the years go by.

It would be fitting if this were to be used to help ft out the new Medal of Honor room, however, your judgment as to the best use will prevail.

Thanks for all you do to keep alive the memory and traditions of the Submarine Forces of "Our Navy".
