Dear Mrs. McDonald:

How can we thank you enough for the wonderful reception and tour you provided for our people when we met in San Antonio last month. The plaque is just what we wanted and looks great with the USS PlNTADO's sail in the background.

Our appreciation is further expressed by the enclosed check for $1,500.00 to provide a perpetual memorial wreath at the USS EURYALE plaque each Memorial Day, and as a donor's gift to the Submarine Section, which you plan to add to the Museum.

Thanks for providing this memorial to those with whom we served and keeping alive the memory of those important years.
