MKT (Missouri Kansas Texas) Railroad Pewter Plate

Approximately 9-1/2" in diameter. This heavy pewter plate says, in raised letters around the edge, "M-K-T Railroad, Count on Katy" and is marked, "Christmas 1987". The train carries a sack of toys and the edge of the plate is decorated with holly leaves.
The back is marked Limited Edition 66 of 1000 and the artist's name of Larry something. Although I tried everything, I just cannot make the last name out.
The back edge is also marked with a double "D". There are a few minor pocks on the back from the manufacturing process.
