Terms of Purchase

Please read the Terms carefully as you are entering into a legally binding contract and by purchasing an item, you are subject to these terms. These terms are subject to change without notice.

• Shipments are made to lower 48 United States only (no Alaska or Hawaii) Sorry, we cannot make any exceptions

• We only accept payments made through Paypal

• We can only ship to addresses that are verified with Paypal

• All items must be paid for before items will be shipped

• Once payment is received the item will be shipped on the next Sunday or Wednesday, whichever comes first

• We ship USPS (United States Postal Service) Parcel Post only

• Item prices pertain to the cost of the item only. Shipping charges include postage and insurance charged by the USPS and a small handling charge

• Quality packaging is a top priority for us. All items will be packaged in clean, recycled materials and will be packed in a manner as to insure safe arrival of item to your door

• Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We try to describe the item's condition exactly and we try to provide pictures of any flaws, whether from the manufacturing process or from use. Please take the time to fully understand the piece you are buying and, should you need further information, please contact us via email. An informed customer is a happy customer

• If we grossly misunderstate the condition of any piece, your money will be cheerfully refunded upon the following conditions (this does not apply to articles damaged or lost in transit--see below for those terms)

If we grossly misrepresent the item:

• Do not return items without getting our approval first! To do so will void any and all claims you may have

• You must email us within 24 hours from receipt of item, stating clearly the reason for returning it

• We will notify you via email, usually within 48 hours, as to the status of your request for return

If your item is eligible for return:

• Item must be returned to us with five (5) days after our approval by email

• Item must be returned to us in original condition

• Item must be returned in original packing box with all original packing material. We take pictures of all packing jobs. You may request those pictures at any time

• Purchaser must pay for return shipping and fully insure the package for its value

• Only the purchase price of the item will be refunded. No part of the shipping or handling costs will be returned

If your item is damaged or lost in transit:

• Never return broken or damaged merchandise to us. It must be returned to your post office at the time they request it from you. To return it to us will void any and all claims you may have

• Notify us within 24 hours upon arrival of package

• State the problem clearly, i.e., handle is broken, frame is bent, etc

• Allow us time to start the claim at our post office

• When you are notified by the Post Office, take the package to your post office--be sure to include all the original packing material, proof of purchase and your copy of the insurance ticket. We submit the pictures of your packing job with your claim so it will be very important that you include all original packing materials, including the box

• Our post office and your post office will talk. When they've talked enough, you will get your money back from them
